Timothy Valerioti leads the design thinking behind Rock Renovations, bringing more than three decades of experience and a strongly design-focused approach to renovation projects. Rock’s current design work ranges from early concepts and layouts through permit drawings, 3-D plans and coordination with engineering partners where required.
Tim’s approach begins with possibility. Rather than simply asking what can be replaced, he looks at how a space could work differently: how rooms connect, where light enters, how people move through the home and how today's renovation decisions may affect the way the house functions years from now.
That perspective is particularly valuable in renovation work because existing homes rarely arrive as blank canvases. Structure, previous construction, mechanical systems, municipal requirements, budget and the needs of the people living there all have to meet in the same plan.
